An exceptional pair of Model 49 dining chairs, designed by Erik Buch for O.D. Møbler in the 1960s.

A quintessential example of Danish Modern design, these chairs are celebrated for their distinctive floating seat design and sculpted, organic curves that provide superior ergonomic support.

These pieces have undergone a comprehensive restoration by Fox & Wedge. The solid teak frames have been restored to highlight the deep, rich wood grain and finished with a premium hardwax oil for a durable, satin lustre.

Both chairs have been professionally reupholstered in a high-quality textured grey fabric, modernising the aesthetic while respecting the original lines.

Condition:

Excellent, restored. Frames are solid with no loose joints. New foam and upholstery.
