This stunning, free-form art glass vase glows in a deep emerald green, with a sculptural, organic shape that is highly characteristic of 70s Japanese glass design.

While it is unlabeled, its quality, heavy glass, and distinctive style are all hallmarks of Iwatsu Glass, one of Japan's most prolific and recognised mid-century manufacturers.

Based in Osaka, Iwatsu produced a vast range of high-quality vases and art pieces, often for the export market. 

A wonderful and substantial piece, this vase is perfect as a standalone sculptural object or for a vibrant floral display.
