A stunning pair of Australian mid-century modern carver chairs by Kolter.

These chairs heavily channel the design language of the famous Danish "Model 49" by Erik Buch, featuring a distinctive floating seat profile and beautifully sculpted armrests that join seamlessly into the frame.

Constructed from solid Australian Blackwood with black vinyl upholstery, they offer a wide, generous seat and excellent lumbar support. Perfect at the ends of a dining table, or as a standalone pair in a study or hallway.

Condition: Restored, Excellent condition. Original black vinyl upholstery. 

 Origin: Vintage c. 1960s/70s Australian production
