Description
Produced under license from Herbert Terry & Sons by Reynolds Engineering in Melbourne, this Model 1209 is the four-spring industrial variant of the Anglepoise, built for a longer reach and heavier working use than the domestic three-spring Model 1227.
The four-spring assembly has been balanced and serviced, and the lamp has been tested and tagged for Australian use. The original black finish and its patina have been left intact rather than repainted.
Very good vintage working condition.
