Description

This wall-mounted Danish cabinet is veneered in book-matched Brazilian rosewood, its drop-front door showing a symmetrical, mirrored grain pattern typical of the technique. The drawers are joined with hand-cut dovetails, and the handles are hand-sculpted from solid rosewood in an elongated, organic form.

The designer and manufacturer aren't identified on the piece, though the build quality points to a skilled cabinetmaking workshop rather than mass production.

Restored, in excellent condition. Suited to use as a floating entryway console, a dry bar, or a compact writing desk.
