Henry Kjærnulf Model 317 Dining Chairs by Sorø Stolefabrik | c1960s
This classic Henry Kjærnulf Model 317 dining chair, designed in 1960 and produced by Sorø Stolefabrik, is a beautiful example of Danish mid century design. Crafted from teak, it features curved backrests and an expansively designed frame that prioritises comfort without sacrificing its sleek silhouette.
The chair has been sympathetically restored in our workshop. The seat has been updated with brand new foam and professionally upholstered in a deep green velvet by Warwick Fabrics, providing a soft, tactile contrast to the warm timber tones.
Restoration & Condition

Condition: As a vintage item from the 1960s, it may show minor mark and signs of a life well lived, but it is structurally sturdy and presents beautifully. Minor veneer repair to backrest.
