Description
This 1940s wall mirror has an arched silhouette with hand-carved stippled detailing through the oak frame, and retains its original "Stantis Patent Mirror Movement" label.
Restored and refinished in shellac to highlight the oak's grain. All joints professionally reglued, with new wall mounting brackets fitted.
Very good condition. The original glass shows minor foxing, a natural oxidation of the silvering consistent with its age, without affecting the clarity of the reflection.
