Johannes Andersen (1903-1991) was a key figure in the Danish Modern movement. Trained as a cabinetmaker, he became famous for his mastery of organic shapes, flowing contours, and "restrained chic." His designs for prominent Scandinavian makers are highly sought-after worldwide.
