Description

Fitted with a modern earthed plug and LED bulb, this Art Deco banker's lamp by Radionic Trans Co. has been rewired and tagged for use in Australian homes.

Made in the United States during the 1950s, the lamp combines a steel body with chrome end caps and Bakelite detailing, a material pairing typical of American industrial design from the period. The arm adjusts up and down and the head pivots, so light can be directed exactly where it is needed. The original plug has been kept and is included with the piece.

Very good vintage condition.

Height 30.5 cm, width 21.6 cm, depth 21 cm. Ready for a desk, credenza or side table, tested and tagged for Australian use.
