The Tessa T5 Sofa - an iconic and rare design

 An exceptional example of Fred Lowen's iconic design for TESSA, this T5 sofa features a solid eucalyptus frame with a perfectly intact sling backrest. It retains its original wool upholstery, which is in remarkable condition.

This piece saw very little use, hiding out in a holiday home, resulting in upholstery that is still in near-perfect condition, consistent with age. While it's not flawless, it remains a rare and highly sought-after original find.

A true icon of mid-century modern design in Australia.
