A hand-knotted Bakhtiari rug on a cotton foundation, featuring the Kheshti (garden panel) design, a grid of individual squares each carrying a stylised tree or floral motif, in indigo, rust, ivory and camel tones.

Bakhtiari rugs are known for a dense, durable wool pile, making this a practical choice for high-traffic areas as well as a decorative one.

Professionally cleaned. Excellent vintage condition, with minor wear to the fringe and selvedges consistent with age.
